Uniting With The Culinary Arts...
"What is it like being French?"
"What do you cherish most about your cultural heritage?"
I feel very privileged to have been adopted by the French and embraced by their culture. Many aspects of it resemble the things I hold dear thanks to my parents and grandparents who instilled in me a love of beauty and respect for tradition. These elements unite in the culinary arts. Making and sharing delicious food that has been prepared for generations. Celebrating special occasions, produce in season or the joy of simply being together. The resulting feeling of warmth and camaraderie is an intangible part of my culture and that of France but one that I cherish.
